Introduction: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Your Mutual Friend ("we", "us", "our" or "Your Mutual Friend") and you, the client ("you", "client" or "user"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and/or Privacy Policy, you should not use our services.

Eligibility: Our personal matchmaking and introductions service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Services: Your Mutual Friend is a personalized matchmaking and introductions service for singles dedicated to finding a committed relationship. We will create a profile for you based on the information that you provide to us, and will use this profile to introduce you to potential matches. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time, without notice.

User Representations: By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are single and not currently in a committed relationship, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You attest and warrant that you have never been convicted of a felony, that you have never been convicted of any offense of any degree involving sexual assault or domestic violence, that you are not currently on probation or parole for any offense other than a civil infraction, that you are not currently under any family, civil or criminal restraining, harassment or conduct order, and that you are not, and have never been, required to register as a sex offender with any government entity.

No Misrepresentation: You shall not misrepresent your identity or any other information on our service. You agree to promptly notify us of a change to any of the information provided to us.

Membership: We work with both, paying and non-paying members. The difference is that for paying members, we actively search for potential matches, while non-paying members can, in general, only be matched with paying members, although occasionally we do match and introduce non-paying members together. To become a paying member you will be required to pay a fee. Membership is non-transferable and all fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse service to any applicant.

No Guarantee of Success: We cannot guarantee the success of our matchmaking and introductions service. You understand that the outcome of any match is dependent on individual preferences and circumstances, and that we cannot control the actions or decisions of other users.

User Conduct: You agree to use our service in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner. You agree to treat our staff and other clients with respect and courtesy. You shall not provide us with false or misleading information, or engage in any activities that may harm or disrupt the service or other users.

Communication with Matches: You are responsible for communicating with your matches and arranging any meetings or dates. We are not responsible for any interactions or communications between you and your matches. We do not endorse any user or match, and you understand that any interactions or communications with other users or matches are at your own risk. We do not screen, review for accuracy, or otherwise confirm the information provided to us by a user. We do not perform criminal background checks on any user, nor do we verify their identity. Any suggested user or match by us is only a suggestion and you are not obligated to attend any meeting. You are responsible for your own safety at any meeting. In no event shall Your Mutual Friend be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of our service, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other users or matches. You are solely responsible for any dispute between you and a user or match.

Intellectual Property: The content and materials on our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of Your Mutual Friend or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content or materials on our service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

Privacy and Confidentiality: You must not discuss or show any details of other members that we have supplied to you, to any other members or non-members at any time during or after your membership as this would be a violation of privacy. You agree not to disclose any of your membership experience or the identity or personal information of any others we introduce you to, to anyone including any media outlets or share such information anywhere online or any website without the explicit permission of both us and of the other party(s) concerned. At Your Mutual Friend, we understand the value of your privacy and place the utmost importance on discretion and confidentiality. User Data: You understand that we may collect, use, and share your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third-party Content and Other Websites: Content from other users, affiliates, and other third parties may be made available to you through our website (https://www.yourmutualfriend.com) and/or services. Because we do not control such content, you agree that we are not responsible for any such content. We do not make any guarantees about the accuracy, currency, suitability, or quality of the information in such content, and we assume no responsibility for unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content made available by other users, advertisers, and other third parties or violation of any third-party rights related to such content. Our website and/or services may contain links to websites not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, products, materials, or practices (including privacy practices) of such websites. You understand that by using our website and/or services you may be exposed to third-party websites that you find offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Your Mutual Friend and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our service shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as appropriate. Your Mutual Friend is always interested in efficiently resolving any dispute you may have in an amicable, mutually agreeable manner. Before you initiate an arbitration, please contact us using the contact information provided below and if you are still not satisfied, you may consider contacting an independent alternative dispute resolution agency.

Termination: Your Mutual Friend reserves the right to terminate your membership and access to our service at any time, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. You may terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice to Your Mutual Friend.

Modifications to Terms: Your Mutual Friend reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion and without notice. Any modifications will be effective upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our service following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Your Mutual Friend regarding your use of our service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
