How it works
Application
The first step is to contact us. We will provide you with detailed information about our services and invite you to an informal introductory meeting (about 15 minutes) to get to know you and find out whether joining us would be the right decision for you, and us. We will be honest about whether we believe we can help you.

Meet your Matchmaker
After our short introductory meeting, we can proceed to an in-depth personal interview. Our aim is to learn more about you, your background, personality, values, lifestyle, interests, emotional availability, dating history, future relationship goals and, of course, what you are looking for in your future partner.
The better we know you, the more effective we can be in defining our search criteria for your personal requirements, based on what's most important to you, and finding you your perfect match!
Introductions
Once your criteria are clearly defined, we will conduct an in-depth, customized search to find your potential matches. Only the most suitable potential matches will be presented to you. You are always in control and the approval of any profile is necessary both ways in order to proceed to an introduction.
All matches are initially introduced through a high quality video link.
Feedback
After each introduction we will talk to both parties to get some feedback. We want to hear all about your experience. What went well and what could have gone better.
This allows us to refine our search so that we can bring you closer to your perfect match. It is also a rare opportunity to get perspective on how you are being perceived, as well as how to optimize your ability to make the best first impression. We believe in providing honest feedback to help you improve as a person.
